The hotel has beautiful decoration and excellent facilities. There are two swimming pools. My room had nice tall ceilings. I appreciated the quiet location next to the river, a calm respite from the city's bustle. Staff members are helpful and friendly.
The coffee machine produced tepid coffee. The hot food was cold on my last breakfast day.

a fantastic STAY
tuk-tuk service boat shuttle helpful staff
the tuk-tuk service proved very useful, a FUN way to reach nearby attractions. i also enjoyed the boat shuttle service, especially to icon siam. sumedha helped me a lot with boat requests and everything else.
the coffee machine made coffee that was not very hot.

limited buffet inattentive service
The breakfast buffet needed improvement. It was a bit limited, though the made-to-order options were good. I had to ask for refills on some items. The rooftop bar lacked atmosphere. It felt a little empty and could have used some music. Ordering drinks took longer than expected! The service was not as attentive as it could be at certain times.

the rooftop pool had wonderful river views. a complimentary cocktail was a nice surprise. the free boat across the river to skytrain worked well. the boat runs on a schedule.
the hotel is at the end of an alley. breakfast coffee from the machine was tepid. hot food was cold on the last day. the rooftop bar service was rude and inattentive.
